And because I love working with clients primarily in the arts, culture, heritage and wellness spaces, I am used to being flexible with my pricing and my scheduling.
You will contract me via a monthly retainer - for as low as $500/month!

About Me
Hello, my name is KJ Konkin. They say I emerged from the loins of my brave Mama telling stories. Ok, they don’t actually say THAT, but it is 100% true that I have spent my life telling stories in some form.
The first part of my life was spent working in the professional musical theatre industry as an actor, singer and dancer. Then I started writing, directing and choreographing my own shows. And when I wasn’t doing that, I was facilitating workshops across Canada, getting humans of all ages and abilities to live out loud via my own company Live Out Loud Performing Arts, which I still run currently.
It was there that I discovered how much I loved the business side of my creative industry. Building budgets, writing contracts, project management, but most especially marketing. This led me to roles as Artistic Director of Ptarmigan Arts, Interim Executive Director of Dance Saskatchewan, Provincial Liaison for the National Ballet School Of Canada, and Content Creator for Think Big Studios.
And always the piece that rose to the top in each of those positions, was using online platforms to tell the stories of these organizations, and getting people enrolled...what some might call sales & marketing:)
These days, I am working more and more with other solopreneurs who are sooooo good at what they do, but need assistance when it comes to spreading the word of their awesomeness.
Raised in Moose Jaw, SK, Canada, I am currently next door in Regina, where I'm busy being Mama to The Amazing Sawyer, age 7. Other true facts about me: I am addicted to thrifted fashion, can be found cartwheeling wherever I travel & adore eating out since I am useless in the kitchen😜
